Can’t answer for ease of assembly as I used a tech, and it didn’t take him long. I like the bench’s appearance and it’s great having it to sit on while putting shoes on or taking them off, with sufficient space to store them. My cat decided to dig her claws in the cushion, so I put a small rug over the cushion.

Bench is awesome. Just make sure when you put the legs on you do not tighten them all the way. You need some room to put the tables underneath in then you can tighten them after it is all put together.

Good bench. Nice design and it fits all the dog leashes inside the bench. The shelves fit our non-high top shoes. It is fairly easy to assemble, but the instructions are worthless.

This is perfect. When I come home from a long exhausting day at work I normally sit on the stairs and take my boots off. This is a great addition of comfort and pretty sturdy. Its also very attractive in the door way. I put my toddler shoes in the little compartment inside the bench which is a really nice feature.
